Nika Shakarami, 17 (نیکا شاکرمی), was killed by suppression forces of the mullahs’ regime in Tehran during nationwide protests. Iranian regime authorities refused to deliver her body to her family for ten days.
They also coerced her aunt and uncle to declare that she was killed in an accident. Security forces secretly buried her body in a far-off village to prevent protests.
Nika turned 17 on Sunday, October 9, 2022. She is among the hundreds of civilians killed by security forces in recent weeks.
She was one of the millions of Iranians who protested Mahsa Amini ‘s killing by the regime’s “morality police.”
Amini, 22, was arrested by the police and beaten on charges of violating the regime’s hijab rules. She died of her wounds on September 16, 2022.
Following the brutal arrest and murder of a 22-young Kurdish girl, Mahsa Amini, a four-decades-long condensed rage exploded and people in more than 150 cities took to the streets to demand regime change and shouted “Death to Khamenei”, targeting Iran’s sole dictator.
This video, which is a visual summary of 12 days of continuous protests and uprisings throughout the country, demonstrates how the savagery of the regime’s security forces is met with bravery and daring dissent.
